Our
Returns Policy
1. In the first instance please contact us
to advise why you wish to return the product. If we are unable to resolve
any
problem you may have we will advise you to return the product and we will exchange or
repair it within the first year of purchase. Please include your order
details when returning a product.
2. Wrap the item securely and include the invoice and a short note
explaining the reason for return. Usually the packaging in which the item
was sent can be used for its return.
3. We recommend you send all items back via Recorded Delivery..
Replacement or Refund
We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is
still available) or refund your card.
Returning an unwanted item
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it for a full
refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the
item. Please note that we can only refund or exchange an opened item if it
is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.
